On Saturday, March 15, former Sussex Technical High School standouts Destiny Mitchell and Kayla Evans’ current college team, the Delaware State Hornets, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Morgan State Bears.

The game took place at Lois T. Murray Field. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at Lois T. Murray Field against Morgan State Bears.
