City of Seaford issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
Seaford Vice-Mayor/Councilman Dan Henderson and Chief of Police Marshall Craft are urging citizens to help eliminate panhandling and help increase services for those in need. They collaborated together recently in a video to highlight an issue that effects our residents, visitors, and our business community alike, and that issue is panhandling.
