Experience yoga in a fun, light-hearted, and welcoming environment! Beer and yoga are both centuries old therapies for the body, mind and soul. The mindfulness of a yoga practice followed up with the happiness of drinking a beer is the perfect combination!
60 minute practice. No prior experience is necessary wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
$15 (includes a pint of your favorite beer after class)
