Town of Dewey Beach issued the following announcement on April 26.
With each passing year, Dewey Beach grows in popularity. We are proud to welcome visitors from all over the world to experience our beautiful town. With this increase in tourism, comes an increase in entrepreneurs looking to offer services in town, and on the beach itself. Dewey Beach belongs to all of us, and we value the opinions of our residents and visitors when making decisions that affect the public. That’s why we want to hear from you in regard to this important topic. Please note, this poll is focused on doing business ON THE BEACH - not in other areas of town. It will NOT affect the current beach concessions (umbrellas, chairs, snacks, etc) and bonfires operated by Lynam's Beach Concessions. Click START to begin this survey.
