Slaughter Beach home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Slaughter Beach rose by $112,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,000 - a 37.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Slaughter Beach in June 2017.
