Murray Estates home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Murray Estates rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Murray Estates in the second quarter of 2017.
