Midway Estates home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Midway Estates fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Midway Estates in the second quarter of 2017.
