Slaughter Beach home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Slaughter Beach rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Slaughter Beach in the second quarter of 2017.
