Country Estates home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Country Estates rose by $169,000 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 101.8% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Country Estates in the second quarter of 2017.
