Fenwick Island home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Fenwick Island fell by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $672,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fenwick Island in the second quarter of 2017.
