The Glade home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in The Glade rose by $130,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 23.6% increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in The Glade in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
