Gulls Nest home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Gulls Nest fell by $1,295,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,280,000 - a 50.3% decrease over the $2,575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Gulls Nest in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
