Laurel home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Laurel rose by $16,214 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,214 - a 18.2% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Laurel in the first half of 2017.
