Laurel Creek home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Laurel Creek fell by $66,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 47% decrease over the $141,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Laurel Creek in the first half of 2017.
