Bank Harbor Retreat home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Bank Harbor Retreat fell by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,750 - a 43.7% decrease over the $228,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bank Harbor Retreat in the first half of 2017.
