Tru Vale Acres home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Tru Vale Acres fell by $69,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 32.9% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Tru Vale Acres in the first half of 2017.
