West Rehoboth home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in West Rehoboth rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in West Rehoboth in the first half of 2017.
