Phil Mar Estates home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Phil Mar Estates rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Phil Mar Estates in the first half of 2017.
