Dewey Beach home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Dewey Beach fell by $209,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,750 - a 39.5% decrease over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Dewey Beach in the first half of 2017.
