Keenwik West home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Keenwik West fell by $125,125 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 26.9% decrease over the $465,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Keenwik West in the first half of 2017.
