Oak Orchard home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Oak Orchard rose by $284,550 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 314.6% increase over the $90,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Oak Orchard in the first half of 2017.
