Byewood Manor home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Byewood Manor rose by $7,950 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,450 - a 1.8% increase over the $434,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Byewood Manor in the first half of 2017, as well.
