Killens Addition home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Killens Addition rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $592,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $582,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Killens Addition in the first half of 2017.
