Indian Beach home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Indian Beach fell by $1,500,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,500,000 - a 50% decrease over the $3,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Indian Beach in the first half of 2017, as well.
