City of Seaford issued the following announcement on June 17.
Flow Assessment Services, LLC will be performing smoke testing tomorrow, 6/18 on the following streets (Note: Smoke testing is contingent on suitable weather. Rain will suspend all testing for the day. ):

Hickory Lane

Martin Street
McKean Street
Nanticoke Street
Nylon Blvd.
Oak Road
Pennsylvania Ave
