City of Seaford issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.
The City of Seaford Electric Department is planning a short power outage in Woodside Manor, next Tuesday, September 1st, at 8:00 a.m., to repair some faulty overhead electrical primary facilities.
This outage will affect about 77 residents and 5 businesses.
The Electric Department began notifying the affected area businesses and residents today, by hanging tags with appropriate contact information at each location.
The areas impacted are:
· The west side of Magnolia Drive
· All of Rosetree Lane
· East side of W. Ivy Drive
· A portion of the north side of Arbutus Ave. from Magnolia Drive to W. Ivy Drive
· A small section of the north side of W. Stein Highway (Lankford’s Gun Shop to
Callaway, Farnell and More Office Building).
