Sussex Review

Town of Laurel issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.

The Town of Laurel is excited to announce that we have received approval from the state to hold our annual Christmas Parade.  The date of the parade is Friday, December 4th (no rain date).  There are requirements that must be followed:  Social distancing between those watching the parade and participants of the parade.  Mask are required for everyone.  We are asking for cooperation from those that participate and attend the parade as we do not want to lose any chance of having future events approved by the state.  The theme has yet to be decided but will be decided within the next week.  Keep checking back for other events that the Park and Rec Committee will be putting on during the holiday season.  Although it may look different this year, we are still excited to have a little bit of normalcy in our community during the holiday season.
