City of Seaford issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Seaford's Drive Thru Snowflake Christmas Parade will be held on December 5, 2020 starting at 7:00 p.m. The rain date will be December 6, 2020 starting at 7:00 p.m.
The parade will look different this year due to COVID-19. This will be a reverse parade; viewers will stay in their vehicles while driving through to view the parade entries.
Approval from DHSS has been given for this event.
