Town of Clayton issued the following announcement on May 27.
As of May 26, 2022, Artesian Water Company settled with the Town of Clayton to take over the water for the town. All residents will receive a welcome package from Artesian Water Company in the mail on how to set up their account. If any emergencies come up when the office is closed, please call Artesian's Dispatch Department at 800-332-5114 or 302-453-6971. Artesian provides 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Attached is the letter sent out to all residents by the Mayor and Town Manager.
