DSU Creatives: Work from Delaware State University Art Faculty.
Artists who teach are doubly tasked with fostering the talents of their students and inspiring the community to appreciate what they all lovingly toil to produce day after day and year after year. But when you love what you do it doesnt feel like work. The Art Faculty at DSU are as diverse as the student body. This diversity is also apparent in the artistry that these educators produce. You will see digital paintings, graphite drawings and anamorphic acrylic paintings. Two different approaches to fiber art will be on display; one that intertwines natural themes with natural materials on a large scale and the other, a mixed media fabric work with text on paper. The artists featured in this exhibition are Hazel Bradshaw-Beaumont, Lori Crawford, Mark Dean, Jennifer Gunther, Roberta Tucci.
